2007 Trips and Vacations
New Mexico
It's been five years since the last Riley Reunion, which was held at Devil's Den State Park in Arkansas. That means it is once again time for the Macons to pile in the car and head north east. No, wait, this time, we are headed nearly due west, to Ruidoso, New Mexico, for a few days of fun and fellowship with C's family. The car will be a lot lighter this time, too. With Ben away at Drum Corps, and Alan working, it's just C and R on this trip, as it was way back in 1982. The first leg of our trip is to Carlsbad Caverns. Then we'll continue to Ruidoso, to relax at the Noisy Water Resort, where we'll be joined by C's parents (of Alaska trip fame).
